🤖 My new favorite AI app - Snack Prompt

At this point, I have a Notion page with hundreds of ChatGPT and Midjourney prompts that I have found, customized, and saved for future use. Snack Prompt looks like Reddit and is full of amazing prompts that will help you create amazing things with AI.

My huge, massive disclaimer for you: These are awesome for giving you ideas at the beginning. However, I recommend being creative and customizing these prompts for your use. A lot of these prompts are novice, but give you a great start on creating larger prompts.

Snack Prompt launched a Chrome extension so you can use it right inside of ChatGPT, too.

🚀 You down with SOP? Yeah you know me. Okay, seriously, use ChatGPT to make SOPs.

Go back in time three years, and I was at the helm of a company growing way too fast with not enough processes documented. How did we handle that, you may wonder? Well, it entailed me working 120 hours a week and being there to answer questions for everyone all of the time. Stupid, I know.

Today, we have a robust internal wiki full of SOPs inside of a tool named Guru. I’m not getting paid to promote them, but if someone at Guru sees this, send me a shirt or something.

Anyway - the issue is that each SOP can be painstaking to create. We have hundreds created by dozens of people at the company.

Our team started building out custom prompts to create SOPs for us, and it’s amazing. It creates nearly perfect SOPs, and it does it in seconds.

So, what can you do? Type up a clean list of what you want to convey in your SOP. Then, type up the prompt and hit enter.

Here is an example prompt:

And here is a quick look at the SOP it spit out (it’s much, much larger, but there are some trade secrets in there, and we won’t be sharing those because at least five of you are spies.)

Fancy, right? Please don’t do what I did and wait to document processes. You should be documenting everything you do on day one.

⭐️ My big thought of the day: there is no such thing as overnight success.

Over the last few years, I have had friends, family, and colleagues say to me, “Man, your company just exploded!”

Nope. The first year was the worst year of my life. Year two was exciting to see growth, but I sacrificed a lot. Here I am seven years later. We were acquired in year six, but the journey to get there took 15 years off of my life.

But, the goal was always to remove “excruciating working years” from my life. We’ll see if it all worked out as planned or not.

Don’t get lost in the headlights; it’s not easy to be successful. If you want an exceptional life, it’s going to require an exceptional effort. Sucks, huh?
