🚀 Bard and ChatGPT are different, but you can do some slick things with Bard.

Don’t worry; I still love ChatGPT with all of my heart. However, I think there are some great features from Google’s Bard that I have really enjoyed.

Reminder: this is Google’s world, and we all live in it. Having an AI built on top of the world’s largest search engine is a great way to win the AI battle.

I still prefer ChatGPT for 80% of my AI content creation, but I found some helpful prompts for Bard that had excellent results.

Here are some things you can do very well with Bard:

• Get a quick breakdown of a product or service based on their website.

• Getting information and a breakdown of the latest news.

• Get a quick summary of any article online.

• Get a breakdown of code.

• Find a nice hotel for your next trip.

• Get Rotten Tomatoes scores of any movie.

• Find excellent restaurants in any city.

⭐️ My big thought of the day: Everything is marketing.

My customer-facing employees do weekly training on how to interact with our customers. There is nothing more important to me.

Everything is marketing.

This concept extends far beyond the scope of traditional advertisements or promotional campaigns. Each touchpoint, from customer service exchanges to product packaging, from website navigation to post-purchase follow-ups, contributes to the brand's overall perception.

Some founders focus on the product. Others focus on marketing and PR. The most successful companies ensure that every touchpoint in all business sectors is streamlined and positive.

Caring deeply about this has caused immense stress over the last eight years. But it also helped me build one hell of a company. Now, I can use the latest AI tools to meet my customer’s needs instantly and not always depend on a human on the other side of the computer. It’s a win-win.

Giving a shit is marketing. I should trademark that.
