🧠 Today’s Free Prompt: From Meh to Masterpiece: How AI Can Upgrade Your Writing
🤔 Can you guess which image is real and which one is AI? Go vote!
(Read time: five minutes) - Fun fact: I never change this.
One Big Story: Virtual Employees Are Coming Sooner Than You Think
This is the least shocking news of the week, but it reminds us how close we are to AI replacing people at work. Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, just dropped a bombshell: virtual employees could start working alongside us as soon as this year. If you’re picturing ChatGPT booking your meetings or writing code while you sip your coffee, you’re on the right track.
Here’s what’s happening:
OpenAI is gearing up to launch an AI agent codenamed “Operator.” This tool could autonomously handle tasks like booking travel or coding.
Microsoft, a key OpenAI backer, is already rolling out tools similar to Copilot Studio. Big consulting firms like McKinsey use AI agents to automate client management workflows.
By 2030, McKinsey estimates up to 30% of hours worked in the U.S. could be automated.
My Take: This isn’t just a cool feature—it’s a seismic shift in businesses' operations. AI agents could handle routine tasks, freeing humans to focus on strategic work or replacing them altogether. Imagine scaling your company faster because your “virtual employees” handle the heavy lifting 24/7. That said, it’s not all smooth sailing. These tools will need refinement, and we’ll need to figure out how they fit alongside us without disrupting workflows or jobs.

Cool Tech: The Bathroom Scale Is Getting a Sci-Fi Upgrade
Withings just unveiled Omina, a concept device that reimagines the bathroom scale as a futuristic health hub. Forget stepping on a scale that spits out a number—Omina promises to create a full 3D body model and give you insights into everything from weight to heart and metabolic health. It’s like a personal health coach built into your bathroom… if you’ve got the space for it.
Here’s what makes Omina interesting:
It’s a floor mat and smart mirror that collects health metrics, such as weight, heart health, and metabolic performance.
It integrates with other Withings devices, allowing you to combine data from activity trackers, sleep monitors, and blood pressure cuffs.
It has an AI voice assistant that provides real-time feedback, motivational quotes, and even helps users navigate fitness challenges.
Telemedicine integration lets you share your vitals with your doctor directly.
I want one badly.

Today’s Tip: From Meh to Masterpiece: How AI Can Upgrade Your Writing
Writing isn’t just about grammar—it’s about ensuring your message hits the mark. Whether it’s an email, social media post, proposal, or text, how do you know if it’s achieving its goal?
That’s why I created this plug-and-play prompt. It helps you evaluate your writing’s clarity, tone, and effectiveness while offering actionable tips to improve it. Whether you’re persuading, informing, or connecting, this tool ensures your words deliver.
Dive in, fine-tune your text and make every word count.
Give it a try, and remember: the more context you provide, the better your results will be.
I need you to review the following text and evaluate whether it accomplishes its intended purpose. Here’s the breakdown:
1. Text to Evaluate: [Insert the text here. It could be an email, report, proposal, social media post, personal message, etc.]
2. Intended Purpose of the Text:
• The primary goal is to [e.g., persuade someone, inform the reader, request an action, express gratitude, explain a concept, clarify a misunderstanding, etc.].
• The target audience is [e.g., a manager, coworker, friend, customer, social media followers, etc.].
3. Tone or Style to Convey:
The tone should be [e.g., professional, conversational, formal, casual, empathetic, persuasive, etc.].
4. Desired Outcome:
• I want the recipient to [e.g., agree to a proposal, take a specific action, feel a certain way, share feedback, etc.].
Your Task:
Analyze the text and provide feedback based on the following:
• Clarity: Is the message easy to understand? Highlight any areas of ambiguity.
• Effectiveness: Does the text align with the stated purpose and lead to the desired outcome? Explain why or why not.
• Tone Appropriateness: Does the tone match the intended style and audience? Offer suggestions if it doesn’t.
• Engagement: Is the text engaging and compelling for the audience? Identify areas for improvement.
• Actionability: If a specific action is requested, is the call-to-action clear and persuasive?
Output Required:
1. A brief summary of whether the text achieves its purpose.
2. A list of specific strengths in the writing.
3. A list of specific areas for improvement, with actionable tips to address them.
4. Rewrite any problematic sections for better alignment with the goal (optional, if the user requests it).
Here’s the text again for reference if needed: [Repeat the inserted text here for ease of review.]
Make the feedback clear, concise, and practical so the user can easily make the necessary adjustments.
